Neil Creasey

Executive enterprise agile leader.

Bringing agility to all business areas.

With a whole career around the project and product deliver space, Neil has experienced the introduction of Agile ways of working across many businesses since his first agile activity in 2002. With many practitioners having a focus on software technology, Neil strategically positioned himself early on to deliver agility to different business disciplines with experience as diverse as fleet, finance, people & culture, executive teams, marketing, internal audit, and PMO’s (portfolio, program, and project), in addition to development teams. He wrote the Agile overlay for the Swinburne University Project Management curriculum in 2012, has been operating in the SAFe space since 2012, and ran Telstra Learning’s Agile house till 2018. He was one of the initial 9 students on the first ever SAFe SPC course in Australia and has held SPC accreditation ever since.

Whilst he is predominantly a practitioner directing large transformation activity, he has trained over 2000 people in Agile over an 11 year period and is well known in the Agile and wider project management industry particularly for his Portfolio Management contributions.

Neil has an electronic engineering background, holds a Masters in Business Administration, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
